For Companion/Pet Labradors

SEVEN DAY EVALUATION

We offer a seven day trial period with every Labrador we place. If for any reason the Labrador is not working out you can return it for a full refund.


GENETIC HEALTH GUARANTEE

Our health guarantee does not require that you return your Labrador for a replacement puppy.

We offer a thirty month guarantee, from the date of birth, that covers all genetic issues that prevent your Labrador from living a normal life and performing the duties it was purchased for. In the event that you feel there may be a problem, you must contact us first before seeing your veterinarian as many non-genetic issues can have the same physical signs. If a genetic issue is suspected we will guide you through the process of obtaining an accurate diagnosis. Once a diagnoses is reached by a specialist of official health registry we are happy to refund up to your full purchase price towards any surgeries, medications or treatments required.

Please note that we offer a discount to individuals that are willing to purchase one year of pet health insurance which covers up to $8000 in medical bills and offers better coverage.

LIFE TIME RETURN

If for any reason you are unable or unwilling to keep your Labrador we are happy to welcome it back into our home, locate another responsible home and return the agreed sale price to you once placed. We always want our Labradors in a loving home where it is happy and well cared for.

STIPULATIONS

Companion puppies are sold on a non-breeding agreement and limited AKC registration. We expect they will be well cared for members of your family and deeply loved. If you find that you are unable to care for your Labrador properly, do not have time for it or feel he/she is unhappy, we require that you return that Labrador to us for re-homing.


 For Competition/Breeding Labradors

GUARANTEE FOR COMPLETE SATISFACTION

If for any reason you are unhappy with the Labrador or you are unable or unwilling to keep it, we require that it be returned to us and a replacement of equal or better quality will be offered to you as soon as one is available. If we are unable to replace it within 12 months we will refund your full purchase price. If we agree that the Labrador does not need to be returned to us you will agree to have it altered and will place it with a responsible and loving family.

STIPULATIONS

This Labrador will only participate in a breeding program to produce AKC Labrador Retrievers that will uphold the breed standard. It will be well cared for, proper and official health clearances of the hips, elbows and eyes will be done before breeding. "Coldwater" will be the first word for all official registered names through all registries.


Due to our unusual and extensive guarantee our Labradors can not be resold, leased out or change physical hands in any way other than for handling or training where a title is the main goal. If you are unwilling or unable to keep your Coldwater Labrador, it MUST be returned. This applies to both competition quality and companion quality animals. All Labradors sold MUST be registered with The American Kennel Club or our guarantee is null and void.
