Please contact us PLEASE READ THIS IMPORTANT INFORMATION Our guarantee program is the best available. Let me tell you why. We offer seven days for you to evaluate your new puppy and if for any reason you are not satisfied we ask that you return it for a full refund INCLUDING your deposit. This applies to ALL Labradors that we place with new families. We want to be sure that you are completely satisfied with your new addition. Our Guarantee Progam not only covers hips, elbows and eyes but, covers ALL genetic issues! If your Labrador is unable to live a normal or pain free life due to a genetic issue our guarantee covers it. Most breeders offer a replacement puppy guarantee and we feel this is unfair. How many families are going to return the dog that they love and cherish for another puppy even it it does have a health problem? I would guess no family would. So the guarantee is then void and there may as well have been no guarantee in the first place. We offer a full purchase price back, which includes deposit, and you are able to keep your Labrador. This is a fair policy. We highly recommend that you contact as many breeders as possible when searching for your new puppy. It is very important that you feel comfortable with the breeder that you choose and the puppy that you are considering to ad to your family. I am happy to provide you with a few key questions that I recommend you ask all breeders you contact.	We offer both loving family companions and stunning competition prospects. Seven Day Return Policy - Coldwater Labradors offers seven days to evaluate your new Labrador. If for some reason you are not satisfied you are welcome to return him or her to us for a full refund which INCLUDES your deposit. Return is the full responsibility of the new owner and all documentation and registration papers must accompany the Labrador on or before the time of return. Temperament Guarantee - Coldwater guarantees the temperament of any Labrador for six months from the date of purchase. If your Labrador is exhibiting any behaviour that you feel is untypical of the breed please contact us. You are welcome to return your Labrador to us for a full refund including deposit. Return is the full responsibility of the new owner and all documentation and registration papers must accompany the Labrador on or before the time of return. Genetic Health Guarantee - Coldwaters offers a thirty month guarantee that covers all genetic issues that prevent your Labrador from living a fulfilling life or performing the duties he or she was purchased for. This takes into the consideration of the severity of the condition. Full purchase price will be refunded for veterinary care applied to conditions known to be genetic in accordance to our guarantee. In the event that you feel there may be a problem you must contact us first so that we may guide you through the process saving you excess expense and possible misinformation. We would require letters of treatment from your attending veterinarian or specialist and official ratings from applicable health registries. For Competition Labradors - Coldwater guarantees that you will be completely satisfied with your competition Labrador. If you are not satisfied FOR ANY REASON, a replacement competition quality puppy will be offered after the return of the original. This applies to all dogs and bitchs under the age of five that are not altered and have not produced puppies without our approval. Return of the original Labrador is the full responsibility of the owner. All registration papers and documentation must accompany the Labrador upon or before the time of return. Due to our unusual and extensive guarantee our Labradors can not be resold, leased out or change physical hands in any way other than for handling or training where a title is the main goal. If you are unwilling or unable to keep your Coldwater Labrador, it MUST be returned. This applies to both competition quality and companion quality animals.
