Seven Day Return Policy -
Coldwater understands that unforseen circumstances
my arise that require you to return your Labrador.
We allow seven days from the date of purchase to
return your Labrador for a refund (excluding the
original deposit). Return is the full responsibility
of the new owner. All documentation and registration
papers must accompany the animal opon time of return.
Temperament Guarantee -
Coldwater guarantees the temperament of any Labrador for
six months from the date of purchase. You may return your
Labrador for a refund (excluding deposit) or evaluation or
exchange. Return is the full responsibility of the new owner.
All documentation and registration papers must accompany the
Labrador upon time of return.
For Companion Labradors -
Coldwaters offers a thirty month guarantee that covers all
genetic issues that prevent your Labrador from living a
fulfilling life or performing the duties he or she was purchased
for. This takes into the consideration of the severity of the
condition. Full purchase price will be applied toward veterinary
care in the cases of conditions known to be fully genetic. Half
of full purchase price will be applied to veterinary care in the
cases of conditions known to be both environmental and genetic.
For Competition Labradors -
Coldwater guarantees that you will be completely satisfied with
your competition Labrador. If you are not satisfied, a replacement
puppy/adult (of equal or better quality) will offered upon the
return of the original Labrador. This guarantee would apply to
all dogs and bitchs under the age of FIVE that are NOT altered.
Return is the full responsibility of the new owner. All
registration papers and documentation must accompany the Labrador
upon time of return.
Due to our unusual and extensive guarantee our Labradors
CAN NOT be resold, leased out or change physical hands in
any way other than for handling or training where a title is
the main goal. If you are unwilling or unable to keep your
Coldwater Labrador, it MUST be returned.
