Each of our breedings are carefully considered. We are primarily concerned with producing a puppy that is healthy, has a gentle and laid back disposition and is very easily trained. All of our sires and dams have had had a full array of health clearances that exceed the minimal requirements for the breed and they are all competition quality. Some have, or are in the process of, obtaining show and field titles. We have been honored to produce Labradors that are not only outstanding family pets and hunting companions but have earned National Specialty Show Wins, Group Placements, Hunting Test Titles, Agility Titles, Obedieance Titles, Therapy Dog Titles and Participate in Search & Rescue and Drug Detection work. Our competition puppies are always ones that we would be proud to keep ourselves. If you are interested in more information on what is involved in competition please contact us. We offer special incentives to those who obtain titles and we are more than happy to mentor new people interested in any aspect of competiton. |

If you have decided on a Coldwater puppy I would urge you to contact us as soon as possible. Our Labradors are very popular and we often have reservations in advance. Please also be sure to check on our Available Page. We some times have a puppy or young adult available to a select pet or competition home. 
The vast majority of our puppies are considered to be moderate in energy level, but some times we do produce an unusually lazy puppy or one that has enough energy suitable for a very active family. If you are looking for a high energy puppy this isn't the breeding program for you. All of our puppies score just a tad bit differently during their evaluation. Some have a bit less or more energy than others, some are more independant or prefer to be petted or cuddled rather than play with their litter mates. This is why it is so important to know exactly what each family is looking for in their new puppy. The evaluations we give are a very helpful tool in assisting to match each puppy with the needs, wants and expectations of each family. We have no problem finding excellent homes for our puppies and so we have no reason to be less than honest about our matching process. If we do not happen to produce a puppy that matchs your needs we are happy to refund your deposit or move your reservation to another litter, your choice. Though this may be very dissappointing it is better than placing a puppy that is not a good fit and that you will not be satisfied with. We love and care about every puppy we produce and the vast majority of our time is spent socilizing them, training them and making sure they have excellent care and tons of love. Of course they all come pre-spoiled! We can't help it! | PLEASE NOTE: Many of our girls will be retiring in 2010 and looking for forever homes. If for some reason we do not have puppies available we are happy to recommend other breeder for your consideration. Normally these are breeders that we have worked closely with, co-own dogs with, train with or show and compete with regularly. These breeders are well known, ethical and put the health of their puppies, love of the breed and heart and soul into their dogs just as we do. Though they do not provide the same guarantee or rearing program we do, we believe that they would be able to provide you with a quality puppy that is healthy, beautiful and well rounded in every way. |
Litters Due To Arrive We are expecting the arrival of black and yellow and black and chocolate puppies at the end of January. Please contact us for more detaled information. We are currently accepting a limited number of reservations. Litters That are Planned two breeders in whelping, rearing and placement of their puppies as well. These puppies will be covered under our guarantee. A black and yellow litter will hopefully be arriving in early March and ready to go at the end of April or very early May.
