Transportation for your Labrador
Personal Delivery
We offer door to door personal delivery at a rate of $15 per half-hour one way. For delivery more than
10 hours away we also charge an additional $75 for overnight stay. We are also willing to meet you
half way or at any point along the route to our home.
Ground Delivery Service
There are several pet ground delivery services that will deliver your puppy to you. Some of them are
very expensive and offer quick delivery and others are very slow and are less expensive. They are reliable
but most of the time personal delivery or airline delivery is a better choice.
Airline Delivery
Most people assume that puppies are traumatized by airline shipping when the fact is that a
well socialized puppy takes it very well and is not traumatized at all. Due to strict federal
regulations dogs are very well cared for during their flight. They are kept in a climate
controlled area of the plane, they are checked at every stop, given food and water even on
short trips if requested and can not be left on the runway longer than 10 minutes. They do
have temperature restrictions though and so shipping during the summer or winter can be tricky
but we have always been able to ship. Puppies must be over 8 weeks and a health certificate from
the veterinarian and a shipping crate must also be purchased.

Did you know that dogs do see some color? They see orange as a brown or goldenrod
color, greens as shades of yellow and light blue and all blues are seen fully
so their full range of color is from black through brown, yellow and blue and of
course shades of gray and white.
