Trucker loves everyone and has been working as a therapy dog here and there. His focus is retrieving but he also likes to show and so he has been out in the ring a few times also. He will be returning to his breeder, Cheryl Hagan, under her new prefix Blackstone Labradors in Naples Florida to be shown in the near future. He has an outstanding front, shoulder and long neck that we love, tons of coat, super level topline that is carried through to the tip of his tail, well proportioned rear with a nice 2nd thigh and well let down hocks. He also keeps that all together as he moves.
Did you know that dogs are supposed to have 42 teeth total? There should be 12 incisors, 4 canine teeth, 16 premolars and 10 molars. AKC has now become concerned as many lines of Labradors are missing several premolars and that is against the AKC standard.
